Messina Contract-to-Hire Staffing Services provides our clients the opportunity to evaluate a candidate’s on-the-job performance before making a permanent employment offer. During the contract portion of an employee’s tenure, clients can assess their technical and interpersonal skills and their strategic fit. Clients are offered the opportunity to extend a full-time job offer after an initial six-month contract or an otherwise agreed-upon duration.
