Kim Killian Onufrock leads Business Development for the Consulting division of Messina Group and heads Marketing for all Messina business units and brands. Kim is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience building, scaling, and propelling revenue growth through integrated Sales and Marketing programs, serving clients in a wide range of industry sectors – from Financial Services to Technology to Healthcare. In her role at Messina Group, Kim is focused on driving enterprise revenue and building Messina’s brand value by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships, and securing new business.

Prior to joining Messina Group, Kim served as VP of Sales and Marketing for a software development consulting firm. She has also served as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurial leadership teams to identify, implement, and accelerate value creation through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Kim was a co-founder of Ibex Healthdata Systems, a HealthTech startup established in response to the passage of HIPPA and HCFA regulations. Ibex created PulseCheck, the first-ever web-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Emergency Department Information System (EDIS) for hospital emergency departments. As Head of Sales, Marketing, and Strategy, she established the firm’s GTM strategy and business foundation, helping lead the company to grow and scale from startup to investment to sale. She served on the company’s Board of Directors from inception through its successful acquisition by Picis, followed by United Healthcare.
