Jenni McBride is Messina’s Manager of Talent Advisory Solutions. She splits her time between Messina Talent Advisors, Lab Talent Advisors (Messina’s scientific division), and Financial Talent Advisors (Messina’s financial division).
With over a decade of hands-on recruiting and sales experience, Jenni consistently delivers top-notch candidates and partners with clients to refine their staffing strategies. She has diverse knowledge in the marketing, scientific, engineering, architectural, and financial industries. While holding the company’s first full desk role, Jenni truly understands client needs and how to deliver the best results.
Jenni initially joined the Messina team as a Recruiter and has continued to evolve through additional roles and responsibilities. She is always willing to go the extra mile for her team and never steps away from a challenge. After recruiting, she was promoted into a training and mentoring role and then progressed to business development position. In her current management role, Jenni leads other members of the team to help promote their growth and development.

During her free time, Jenni enjoys being an aunt, traveling, volunteering, attending concerts, and the fall season.
