Our Client is one of the nation’s largest independent non-profit Foundations, supporting organizations in approximately 50 countries across the globe. They have a long history of supporting creative people and effective institutions.
Our Approach
Messina was engaged to fill a role to serve as the Project point person to assist the Foundation with a high-profile global competition and lead our Client in the planning and execution of the initiative. Our Project Manager was responsible for key donor development, reporting, as well as the maintenance of the records and dashboard that enabled the team to track progress toward their goals.

The Project Manager built strategic partnerships with colleagues at all levels throughout the Foundation by maintaining strong lines of communication with effective interpersonal skills. Using their discretion and maintaining confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and a demonstrated ability to work diplomatically with diverse constituencies, the Project Manager added critical value to the success of the Foundation’s initiative.
