With their wide variety of product lines and a business of about $400M in sales, our client was interested in expanding their Marketing leadership in this niche chemical industry and asked Messina to find a strong Director to assist with that process.

This role would require the individual to be responsible for various duties, including ongoing evaluation and comprehension of competitive landscapes, management and leadership of new product portfolios, optimization of asset management, and oversight of product marketing. They are expected to develop and execute the “Go-to-market” strategy for new and existing products.
