Messina was able to identify candidates for each of the four roles that the client needed assistance with.
We found a strong Journeyman/Instrumentation and Electrical Technician with experience Troubleshooting, Installing, and Repairing Instrument/Electrical Equipment.
We identified a Gels Plant Engineer/Supervisor that would be responsible for the safe, efficient, HSE conscious operation of the Gels Department, including the warehouse. This professional operates in compliance with all health, safety and environmental rules and regulations.
We located a Regional Process Controls Engineer for this client. They had been searching for the right person for two years. Their main goal was to find a well-rounded person who also has knowledge of Controls hardware and process instrumentation as well as Power Distribution, up to 480VAC.
Lastly, we found a Customer Service Representative for them after multiple location changes. This professional acts as customer contact on such matters as price inquiries, scheduling, shipping including import and export. They provide liaison services between customers and various company functions such as plant operation and marketing.
