Our client is an investment banking advisor to business owners and senior executives of leading private equity firms, as well as public and privately held companies worldwide. Their advisory services span M&A, debt advisory, growth equity, and mid-market restructuring. Additionally, they offer valuations, fairness opinions, and joint venture advisory services
Our Approach
We collaborated closely with our client to define the ideal candidate profile, identifying that proven technical skills along with a passion for quick learning were essential for success. We found a well-qualified candidate with a Financial Analyst background who had recently completed a six-month boot camp, gaining expertise in Python, SQL, and other financial programming applications for data analysis and machine learning. They were also pursuing an M.S. in Business Data Analytics.
